Installation and Configuration
Reflex or an Authorized Reseller provides installation and configuration services
for our technology. Pricing for Installation and Configuration Services is included
with each purchased system.
Professional Services & Consulting
Additional Professional Services are available from Reflex Systems or an Authorized
Reseller, quoted on a project basis. Contact your Reflex Sales Representative for
details.
VMware Support
Reflex will support customers using our product(s) to monitor, manage, and secure
VMware virtual environments. Reflex will provide technical support for Virtualization
Management Center in VMware virtual environments in an identitical manner as with
VMC on other supported x86-based systems without requiring reproduction of issues
on native hardware. Should Reflex have reason to identify the virtualization layer
as the root cause of an incident, the customer will be required to contact the appropriate
VMware support provider to resolve the virtualization layer issue.
Virtual Appliance Support
Reflex will support the use of our product
in a virtual machine for use in VMware virtual environments. Reflex provides our
product in a certified virtual appliance for use in VMware virtual environments.
VDI Support
Reflex will support customers using our products to connect to VMware VDI environments.
