Job Description

Reflex Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer who will be responsible for all pre-sales technical support requirements associated with the sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience in developing complex network designs and customer presentations. They must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to create and deliver customized product presentations to high level executives as well as detailed technical presentations to the engineering staff of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients and sales reps with technical product advice and demo support during pre-sales discussions.
  • Answer prospects' and salespersons' product questions.
  • Prepare detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects.
  • Perform demonstrations for qualified prospects, as well as other sales sponsored events.
  • Assist Sales Managers in qualifying prospects from a functional and business process perspective.
  • Update demo scripts, assists in maintaining the demo databases, answers RFPs.
  • Manage technical competitive analysis and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as systems engineer
  • Virtualization and Information technology experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills/Ability to effectively present to Executive Management.
  • Industry knowledge of virtualization technology and infrastructure.
  • Enthusiastic about EVM software products.
  • Good understanding of the complex sales cycle - analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to solve sales support problems.
