Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Support Systems Analyst who wants to join a dynamic, growing, virtualization management and security provider headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. This technical role works closely with potential and existing customers to ensure the experience with the Reflex product set exceeds all expectations. Existing customers include multiple Fortune 500, international and government organizations, some with multiple thousand ESX host environments. Compensation includes a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of VMware vSphere and ESX technologies – VCP preferred
• Solid background in virtual and physical network and security concepts and practices
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and command line operations
• Working knowledge of data center management concepts and practices
• Adept in Windows 2003/2008/XP/Vista/7
• Previous Systems/Network/Security administration roles a strong plus
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior customer support experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with courteous, professional, highly-skilled technical assistance and guidance to resolve a variety of software and integration issues as well as prevent recurring problems
• Work with some of the largest and most complex VMware, system and network infrastructures in the industry
• Develop and maintain strong relations with customers
• Development and maintenance of automation scripts typically in, but not limited to, Python or Jython
• Assist with Quality Assurance and user experience testing
• Document, track and update customer interactions in case management system
